रायपुर(दि.4नोव्हेंबर):-अखिल भारतीय किसान सभा से संबद्ध छत्तीसगढ़ किसान सभा ने भाजपा के घोषणापत्र ‘मोदी की गारंटी’ को “जुमलाबाजी” करार देते हुए आम जनता से इसमें न फंसने और पूरे प्रदेश में भाजपा की हार सुनिश्चित करते हुए एक धर्मनिरपेक्ष सरकार के गठन के लिए मतदान करने की अपील की है। किसान सभा ने कहा है कि स्वामीनाथन आयोग की सिफारिश के आधार पर सकल लागत का डेढ़ गुना समर्थन मूल्य न देने वाली, किसान विरोधी कृषि कानून तथा मजदूर विरोधी श्रम संहिता लाने वाली और सलवा जुडूम के जरिए आदिवासियों पर कहर ढाने वाली भाजपा की किसी भी गारंटी पर अब आम जनता कोई भरोसा नहीं कर सकती।
आज यहां जारी एक बयान में छत्तीसगढ़ किसान सभा के संयोजक संजय पराते ने कहा कि केंद्र में भाजपा की मोदी सरकार ने पिछले नौ सालों में केवल कॉर्पोरेटों का हित साधा है। इनकी नीतियों से आम जनता की आय में गिरावट आई है, बेरोजगारी और गरीबी बढ़ी है, महंगाई आसमान छू रही है। देश का संघीय ढांचा, धर्मनिरपेक्षता, खतरे में पड़ी है और नफरत की राजनीति फली-फूली है।
किसान सभा नेता ने कहा कि छत्तीसगढ़ के मजदूर-किसानों, दलित-आदिवासियों और महिलाओं ने भी प्रदेश में भाजपा राज के कुशासन को भुगता है। सत्ता में रहते हुए और पिछले पांच सालों से विपक्ष में रहते हुए भाजपा ने केवल सांप्रदायिक ध्रुवीकरण किया है और उसने आम जनता की किसी भी समस्या पर कोई संघर्ष नहीं किया। उन्होंने कहा कि चुनाव के समय ही अब भाजपा को जनता की याद क्यों आ रही है और ऐसी ‘गारंटियों का पिटारा’ क्यों खोल रही है, जिसे वह अब तक ठुकराती आई है? भाजपा बताएं कि अपने घोषणापत्र के वादों को वह किस तरह और कितने समय में पूरा करेगी?
उन्होंने कहा कि जिस भाजपा ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट में जाकर किसानों को सी-2 लागत का डेढ़ गुना देने से इंकार किया है, वह आज किसानों से 21 क्विंटल धान 3100 रूपये की दर से खरीदने की हास्यास्पद गारंटी दे रही है। जिसने अंधाधुंध तरीके से गैस और पेट्रोल-डीजल के भाव बढ़ाए, वह आज इन्हें सस्ता बेचने की ‘जुमलेबाजी ‘ कर रही है। धान से लेकर नान घोटाले तक जिस भाजपा का कार्यकाल कुख्यात रहा है और दूसरे दलों के भ्रष्टाचारियों के लिए जो दल शरणस्थली बना हुआ है, वह भ्रष्टाचार मुक्त प्रदेश देने का हास्यास्पद दावा कर रही है।
किसान सभा नेता पराते ने कहा कि यह केवल संयोग नहीं है कि जल, जंगल, जमीन, खनिज और प्राकृतिक संसाधनों की रक्षा और इसे कॉर्पोरेट लूट से बचाने के सवाल पर तथा आदिवासियों के संवैधानिक अधिकारों और मानवाधिकारों के मुद्दे पर भाजपा चुप है, क्योंकि राज्य प्रायोजित सलवा जुडूम के जरिए आदिवासियों पर उसने जो अत्याचार किए हैं, उसके कारण इन चुनावों में भी भाजपा प्रत्याशी बस्तर के अंदरूनी इलाकों में नहीं जा पा रहे हैं।

Raipur-Chhattisgarh Kisan Sabha, affiliated to All India Kisan Sabha, termed the BJP’s manifesto ‘Modi’s Guarantee’ as “jumlabaji” and has appealed to the general mass not to fall prey to it and vote for the formation of a secular government, ensuring the defeat of the BJP in the entire state. Kisan Sabha has said that there is no guarantee of implementation of any guarantee from the BJP, which does not give support price of one and a half times the gross cost on the basis of the recommendations of the Swaminathan Commission, which brings anti-farmer agricultural law and anti-labor labor code and which wreaks havoc on tribals through Salwa Judum. Now the general public can not trust any guarantee of BJP.
In a statement issued here today, Chhattisgarh Kisan Sabha convenor Sanjay Parate said that the BJP’s Modi government at the Center has only served the interests of corporates in the last nine years. Due to their policies, the income of the common people has declined, unemployment and poverty have increased, and inflation is skyrocketing. The country’s federal structure and secularism, is under threat and the politics of hatred has flourished.
The Kisan Sabha leader said that the workers, farmers, dalits, tribals and women of Chhattisgarh have also suffered the misrule of the BJP in the state. While in power and in opposition for the last five years, BJP has only done communal polarization and has not fought on any problem of the common people. He said that why is BJP remembering the people now at the time of elections and why is it opening such a ‘box of guarantees’, which it has been rejecting till now? BJP should tell how and in how much time will it fulfill the promises of its manifesto?
He said that the BJP which had gone to the Supreme Court and refused to give one and a half times the C-2 cost to the farmers, is today giving a ridiculous guarantee of buying 21 quintals of paddy from the farmers at the rate of Rs 3100. The BJP which indiscriminately increased the prices of gas, petrol and diesel is today making ‘jumlabaazi’ to sell them cheaper. The BJP, whose tenure has been infamous from paddy to NAN scam and which has become a refuge for corrupt people from other parties, is making ridiculous claims of giving a corruption-free state.
Kisan Sabha leader Parate said that it is not just a coincidence that BJP is silent on the question of protecting water, forests, land, minerals and natural resources and protecting them from corporate plunder and on the issue of constitutional rights and human rights of tribals, because the atrocities committed by it on tribals through state-sponsored Salwa Judum, BJP candidates are not able to go to the interior areas of Bastar in these elections also.
